HGV Class 1 Driver – Immediate Starts Available (Leeds)


We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate starts in Leeds.


Job Details:

• Start Times:
  
  
  • Days: 5:00am – approx. 3:00pm
    
    
• Pay Rate: £16.40 per hour
  
  
• Shift Pattern: No Sunday shifts
  
  

The Role:

• Self-loading vehicle (drivers will load themselves for single-drop runs)
  
  
• Maximum of 3 drops per shift
  
  
• Delivery of pallets and cages
  
  
• Collection of empty totes on return
  
  
• Involves manual handling using a tail lift
  
  

Additional Information:

• 2-hour driving assessment required prior to start
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  
  
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  
  
• Comfortable with manual handling and self-loading duties
  
  

All Drivers pay rates are based on PAYE with accrued holidays. We can offer the Umbrella payment scheme should you want a higher rate but no holiday payments.
