Job Description

Job Title: Customer Experience Team Member

Location: Edinburgh, EH8 9AN

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension

Shifts: 7am–3pm and 2pm–10pm, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

 

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our clients team in Edinburgh. If you're someone who enjoys creating positive first impressions and going the extra mile to make people feel welcome, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house reception service

Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and engaging in sales conversations

Planning and running fun and inclusive events for our student residents

 

What We’re Looking For:

A warm, caring individual with a genuinely positive attitude

A great communicator who’s confident chatting with students and answering their questions

Someone with strong time management and organisational skills

Reliability and flexibility, including availability to work weekends
