Long term role! 

A thriving, locally based main contractor with a solid pipeline of new build and refurbishment works is seeking to expand their team to manage forthcoming projects that are about to commence. 
To join them and assist on one of many academic refurbishment programmes they have secured, they are in need of a competent and diligent Site Manager.

In addition to having a relevant project history, the usual SMSTS., CSCS & First aid at work will be required together with good communication, excellent H & S awareness and a willingness to lead from the front. You should be competent in delivering lifecycle schemes involving internal and external works. 

Responsible for co-ordinating the scheme to successful completion, you'll also be liaising with the client, liaising with other trades (internal and external), and pushing the programme. Ensuring the site is H & S compliant, you'll be tracking progress and ultimate delivery on an online construction portal so you'll need to be IT literate and familiar with this process.

The scheme is due for completion early next year so there's a long run of work available.
