Job Description

A well-established regional Building Services contractor based in Exeter is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their growing team.

Operating across Devon, this business delivers a diverse portfolio of projects including student accommodation, Ministry of Defence (MoD), and commercial schemes. With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable and forward-thinking company.


The Role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing electrical installations on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Working closely with Project Managers and site teams, you’ll play a key role in coordinating labour, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality control.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise electrical works across multiple projects
  • Manage and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Monitor progress against programme and report to management
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality assurance
  • Support project delivery from installation through to completion
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar Electrical Supervisor role
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Valid CSCS card (minimum requirement)
  • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
  • Strong knowledge of building services installations
  • Ability to manage projects across sectors including commercial and public sector
