An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well-established, design-focused architectural practice based in Oxford.

The practice is known for delivering exceptional projects across the region, with a strong portfolio ranging from high end residential homes and bespoke housing developments to contemporary commercial spaces.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design process, from concept through to technical delivery.
  • Produce detailed drawings, presentation boards, and 3D visuals to support design proposals.
  • Assist with preparing planning applications and construction information.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Attend site visits, providing support with inspections and progress reporting.
  • Ensure all designs comply with current building regulations and industry standards.
  • Work effectively to meet project budgets, deadlines, and client expectations.
Skills and Requirements:
  • RIBA Part 1 & 2 qualified with a strong academic background.
  • Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.
  • A creative portfolio demonstrating both design flair and technical understanding.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with a genuine ambition to develop professionally.
