Job Description

MEP Revit BIM Manager | London (Hybrid) | £40k - £55k DOE
Lead digital design in a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy

Are you ready to take the lead on BIM innovation within a design-led, people-focused engineering environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy during a period of real momentum and change. If you are passionate about Revit, coordination, and delivering exceptional design outcomes, this role could be your next step.

We are looking for an experienced MEP Revit BIM Manager to drive the delivery of BIM across a diverse range of high-quality projects. You will be working in a studio that values creativity, collaboration and technical excellence, and where your contribution will shape the future of digital design delivery.

What you will do

As the MEP Revit BIM Manager, you will:
  • Lead the BIM process for a variety of technically challenging and design-led projects, from commercial and residential developments to education and healthcare schemes
  • Coordinate MEP models using Revit MEP and Navisworks, supporting project teams from early-stage design through to delivery
  • Oversee clash detection, model federation, and BIM compliance in line with UK Level 2 standards
  • Mentor and support other team members to help grow BIM capability within the office
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects and sustainability specialists to deliver fully integrated and beautifully considered solutions
What you will bring
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role within the building services sector
  • Proven leadership in BIM implementation, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks, with an in-depth understanding of UK BIM protocols
  • A strong grasp of model integration and clash detection workflows
  • A positive and proactive approach, with a real interest in design quality, digital technology and sustainable outcomes
What makes this opportunity different

You will be joining a consultancy that combines the agility and energy of a start-up with the depth and expertise of an established practice. Design, sustainability and innovation are central to everything they do. The team works in close partnership with clients and design teams to deliver engineering solutions that are creative, effective and environmentally responsible.

The London office is based central, in a bright and welcoming studio and great local amenities. A recent leadership restructure has brought in fresh ideas, opened up new sectors, and created real opportunities for progression and influence.

What is on offer
  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Enhanced employer pension contribution
  • Optional private healthcare cover
  • Cycle to work and electric vehicle purchase schemes
  • Death in service cover
  • Payment of one professional membership
  • Hybrid working: three days in the office, two from home
  • Support for continued training and development
  • Clear and achievable career progression
This is more than just a BIM role. It is a chance to play a key part in an evolving consultancy where your ideas will be valued, your expertise respected, and your growth supported. If you are ready to step into a role that offers impact, autonomy and purpose, we would love to hear from you.
