Semi Skilled Operative

Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking Semiskilled Operatives on behalf of a Global Manufacturer located in Hykeham, Lincoln. We have various positions available in departments such as Bench, CNC Machining, Assembly, and Metal Preparation.
 
What will I be doing?

• Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.

 
What skills and experience do I need?

• Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

 
What hours will I be working?
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating from shifts.
A Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 1:35 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 12:45 pm
B Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:25 pm to 9:05 pm, Friday 12:35 pm to 7:00 pm
 
What will I be paid?
Pay is based on a grading system however the starting rates are below.
A Shift: Starting at £12.21 per hour.
B Shift: Starting at £12.79 per hour
