Production Operative

Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting several Production Operatives to join our client’s busy food production team based in North Hykeham. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity working within a friendly, medium-sized team helping to produce high-quality food products.
 
What will I be expected to do as a Production Operative?

• Work on a fast-paced production line, carefully handling products
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Carry out basic quality checks and report any issues promptly
  • Load and unload trays and racks as part of the production process
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following all food hygiene and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily production targets

 
What skills do I need?

• Previous experience in a similar production or factory environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

 
What hours will I be working?
You’ll work Monday to Friday, either 6:00am – 2:30pm or 5:00am – 1:30pm.
 
What will I be paid?
The pay rate for this role is £12.21 per hour.
