Class 1 HGV Driver

Location: Newark (easy travel from Lincoln, Nottingham, Grantham, Mansfield)
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Shift Pattern: Flexible day shifts - pick your start time between 18:00-23:00
Rate of pay: Days £18.74ph, Nights £19.79ph (Mon–Fri), £20.84ph (Saturday), £21.89ph (Sunday)


We’re hiring HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing, long-term work with GXO at Currys in Newark. You’ll be delivering electrical goods to regional distribution centres in a C+E unit, carrying out trunking deliveries. You will not be required to handball the stock, just back on the bay and wait to be tipped.

You will be required to carry out a full day HGV assessment / induction which is paid once passed at the normally hourly rate of pay.

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) licence
• CPC & Digi Tacho card
• Maximum 6 points on licence (no DR10, CD10, IN10)
• HGV experience required.
