FLT Counterbalance Operatives – Multiple Northamptonshire Sites – Immediate Starts

Pertemps are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Operatives for long‑term opportunities across several sites in Northamptonshire. These roles offer stability, paid breaks, and the potential to go temp‑to‑perm.



 

📍 Junction 15 (M1) – Brand New State‑of‑the‑Art Warehouse

We have multiple vacancies at a brand‑new, modern facility with immediate starts available.



Training:

Approx. 2 weeks at an alternative site (around 20 miles away).

Travel time is paid.



Shift: Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00

Pay: £13.99 per hour

Overtime: £20.39 per hour after 40 hours

Breaks: Paid



 

📍 Junction 16 (M1) – Additional Vacancies

Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00

Pay: £13.59 per hour

Overtime: £20.39 per hour after 40 hours

Breaks: Paid



 

Requirements

• 
  Valid accredited FLT Counterbalance licence

  Previous FLT experience
