Job Description

Class 1 Relief Driver required for a temp to perm, full time role from a depot based in Avonmouth, BS11
 

  • £17.04 per hour

  • Monday to Friday, AM starts - between 07.00 - 08.00

  • 40 hours per week

  • Overtime paid at x1.5 hourly rate after 40 hours

  • Start ASAP

  • 25 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays

About the role

  • Safely deliver products on time and in full 

  • Operate lorry loader cranes (31-tonne to 82-tonne) and hook equipment.

  • Perform vehicle safety checks and report any issues.

  • Ensure compliance with EU driving hours and Working Time Regulations.

The right candidate
 

  • HGV Class 1 Licence with DCPC.

  • Lorry Loader Crane Experience (31-tonne+), including hook operation.

  • CPCS/ALLMI Qualification for lorry loader operation.

  •  Willing to travel and stay away as needed.

  •  Safety & Customer Focused: Commitment to safety and excellent customer service.
