Location: Outskirts of Banbury, Oxfordshire
Salary: £14.36 per hour (£28,002 per annum)
Contract: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:30
Benefits: Company pension, on-site parking
Working Pattern: Office-based (no hybrid working)
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an independent and well-established company based on the outskirts of Banbury. Our client is now looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their friendly and hardworking team.
 
The Role
As an Administrator, you will provide vital support within the Admin Department, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of client jobs, documentation and communication. Accuracy, organisation and attention to detail are essential, as you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s reputation for delivering a professional, dependable and friendly service.
You will manage your own responsibilities while working collaboratively within a flexible and supportive team environment.
 
About You
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, reliable and experienced administrator with a genuine interest in providing outstanding administrative support to both colleagues and clients.
You will have:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an administrative environment
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
  • A positive, adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills
Key Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous administrative experience essential (minimum 5 years)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
  • Experience booking online courier collections would be an advantage although training will be provided
Additional Requirements
  • Education: GCSE or equivalent (required)
  • Language: English – written, spoken and reading
  • Driving Licence: Required
