📍 Location: Harrow (HA postcode)
📅 Duration: 15 weeks temporary, with potential for a permanent role
💰 Pay Rate: £13.85 per hour (PAYE)
🚗 Mileage Reimbursement: 30.5p per mile
⏳ Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8am – 8pm, 37.5 hours per week)
🛠 Start Date: ASAP (subject to full application and interview process)

About the Role

We are looking for a Meter Reader Operative to join our team in Harrow. This role involves visiting residential and commercial properties, engaging with customers, conducting visual inspections of meter equipment, obtaining utility meter readings, and recording data accurately using the client’s PDA.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Travel to designated locations to obtain meter readings
✅ Conduct visual inspections of meters and report any issues
✅ Accurately record data using the client’s PDA
✅ Provide excellent customer service and engage professionally with residents and businesses

What We’re Looking For:

✔ A friendly and approachable individual who enjoys meeting new people
✔ Comfortable with working independently and managing time effectively

Requirements:

🔹 Must reside in Harrow (HA postcode)
🔹 Hold a full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points)
🔹 Have your own vehicle with business insurance and a valid MOT
🔹 Be available for 3 days of training and 2 weeks of shadowing
