PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR, 0-2 PQE, WEST SUSSEX, SALARY UPTO £40 - 50,000 (DOE Exciting opportunity to join an established Lexcel accredited firm offering expert client services. Job ref: 215298139

The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to wills and trusts, advising a diverse range of clients with the assistance of the experienced Private Client team.

• The firm are considering candidates at a junior level, ideally those who are Newly Qualified up to 2 years’ PQE.

• This position is ideal for individuals who are dedicated, hardworking, and eager to advance their career in private client law while working alongside a team of experienced professionals.

• You must possess a solid understanding of Private Client law, allowing you to assist senior fee earners and other team members with tasks such as preparing Wills, drafting Deeds of Variation, creating Lasting Powers of Attorney, handling estate planning and administration, completing tax returns and calculations, and preparing other related documents.

• It is essential that you possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and offer exceptional levels of client care.
