Job Description

Industrial Disease Lawyer, up to 3 years’ PQE, Birmingham, £50,000 - £55,000 (DOE) – You will join a highly reputable law firm who are widely recognised for providing excellent quality of service and have a reputation for developing and nurturing talent. JOB REF:8294

• Applications are sought from Industrial Disease Lawyers with up to 3 Years PQE with previous experience in NIHL, HAVS/WRULD and asbestos claims.
• Solicitors, paralegals and legal executives with the relevant experience are all encouraged to apply.
• You will be responsible for your own caseload of litigated claims advising insurers and corporate clients. You can also expect to work closely with senior colleagues, supporting on more complex cases.
• You will be dealing directly with clients from day one and be expected to develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and new client contacts.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will also have developed strong skills in building client relationships and be keen to work with colleagues on marketing and networking initiatives
• This well-established national law firm are continuing to expand following another successful year.
