Residential Conveyancer, 4+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer looking to make the next step in your career. JOB REF: 8379.

• This is a superb opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Residential Property Fee-earner to join a well-established, Legal 500 regional firm, within a well-regarded and busy residential property department.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 4 Years PQE handling files from initial instruction through to completion.
• The appointed Residential Conveyancer will have the capability to Manage their own caseload of residential property files, to include but not restricted to sales; purchases; equity releases; right to buy and; re-mortgages.
