OVERVIEW:
•The appointed Solicitor will handle a caseload of family law matters, with a primary focus on matrimonial issues and financial settlements.
•You will provide expert legal advice and representation in divorce proceedings, property division, spousal support, and related financial disputes
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with at least one year PQE
•The firm are seeking a candidate with comprehensive understanding of family law and a proven track record of advising high net worth clients
•The firm is considering candidates with experience in areas such as wills, probate, or property law, as it will contribute to managing complex cases more effectively.
