Court of Protection Solicitor, Newly Qualified, Warwick, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Court of Protection Solicitor to join a leading regional law firm, offering long term career development opportunities. JOB REF: TL8519

• This is an exciting new opportunity for a Newly Qualified Court of Protection Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career.
• This law firm continues to experience significant success and goes from strength to strength in the sector.
• Assisting the experienced Solicitor with clients, you will be expected to prepare applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a deputies, respond to telephone enquiries from clients and support the daily financial administration and prepare annual deputyship reports.
• The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will have experience of dealing with Financial Affairs Deputyships, Court of Protection for Property and Finance sector
• You will need to have a strong understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Mental Capacity Code of Practice and Court of Protection Rules.
