Family Solicitor (Locum) 3+ PQE, West Midlands, £45 - £50 per hour, maternity cover. An establish national law firm is seeking an experienced family solicitor to cover maternity leave on a locum basis. OVERVIEW:
• An experienced locum solicitor specialising in private family law is required to handle mixed caseload of varied complexity including divorce, domestic violence, pre and post nuptial agreements, private children law, cohabitee disputes and financial settlements.
• The appointed candidate will be required to manage and run own caseload of privately funded matters
• Experience with advocacy is required
• The role will be accompanied by secretarial support
• You will be responsible for handling time-sensitive and complex matters
• Full-time assignment, ideally office-based but some flexibility can be offered
• The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately or at a short notice.
• This assignment is to cover maternity, and therefore will run on an ongoing basis for at least 6 months.
