TITLE: Real Estate Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer)
PQE: 6+
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £75-80K (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This award winning firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to support the ongoing growth of its thriving Real Estate team and it’s evolving legal needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team to stay updated on developments in Real Estate and Landlord and Tenant law, review existing precedents, and identify areas for improvement to enhance best practices and drafting efficiency across the practice. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the development of training programs and client-facing tools and resources.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors with at least 6 years’ PQE, with prior experience practicing as a Real Estate lawyer for a well-regarded city, national, or regional firm. Candidates must have strong technical expertise, excellent drafting and research skills, and significant experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate investment and property management, real estate development, real estate finance, strategic land, enfranchisement, and social housing.
