Job Description

Corporate Solicitor, 5+ years’ PQE, Birmingham, £65,000 - £100,000 (DOE), Top 50 Law firm. A new role has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a reputable team in Birmingham. REF:8827.

• Applications are sought from qualified Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied corporate caseload to include mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, exits and portfolio instructions, equity capital markets transactions, joint ventures and reorganisations.
• You will possess demonstrable legal technical ability and the confidence to offer commercial advice in a well-reasoned and competent manner.
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
• You will have an opportunity to play a significant role in the development of a key practice area in one of the world's most exciting and dynamic law firms.
