Senior Employment Lawyer - 12 months FTC, 3 + years’ experience, Bristol, £45,000 - £50,000 DOE. This role is an opportunity to join a dynamic firm as an employment lawyer with experience in litigation, offering an attractive benefits package and work-life balance. Job Ref: 8905

OVERVIEW:
• The client is looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience handling a varied caseload of employment disputes and claims.
• You will oversee a broad spectrum of employment claims, managing cases from initial instruction to final hearing.
• The successful employment litigation lawyer will supervise junior employment lawyers within the team, providing expert guidance and support throughout the litigation process.
• A comprehensive understanding and in-depth knowledge of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures is essential.
• This is a full-time hybrid role, allowing for three days of remote work per week.

• Lawyers with experience in dealing with Legal Expenses Insurance-funded claims are strongly encouraged to apply.
