OVERVIEW:
•The appointed Residential Conveyancer will manage their own caseload
•Your caseload will include handling residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
•You will be working with clients, real estate agents, mortgage providers, and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process
•The firm provides flexible work options for this position, with opportunities for hybrid work and part-time hours
•The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
•Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential
