Property Litigation Solicitor, 2-4 Years’ PQE, Hampshire, £Highly Competitive Salary + Benefits (DOE) – My client is looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to their expanding Dispute Resolution team in Hampshire. JOB REF:9074.

• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of contentious residential property matters, taking ownership of cases from initial instruction through to resolution.
• This will include Landlord & Tenant Disputes, Possession & Eviction Proceedings, Breach of Lease & Contract Disputes, Boundary & Adverse Possession Disputes and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
• You will also be involved in the implementation of the department’s business development plan and able to demonstrate at an appropriate level the ability to help generate new clients for the department.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
