HEALTHCARE SOLICITOR:
Based in a wider healthcare law team, you will focus on managing a caseload of inquest files for NHS clients, care homes and other organisations, as well as some of the broader healthcare advisory work. You will have responsibility for your own caseload of inquests, attending hearings and inquests conducting your own advocacy as well as accompanying counsel. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE. It is essential that you are a proven advocate ideally within the healthcare and regulatory sectors. A well organised team-player, with excellent communication and time management skills.
