OVERVIEW:
•The Residential Conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
•Your caseload includes sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
•The appointed conveyancer will communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties throughout the conveyancing process.
•The firm provides flexible work options for this role, including hybrid arrangements and part-time hours.
•Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role are encouraged to apply
•You should have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet the goals of the practice area
