Private Client Solicitor, 2 -3 Years’ PQE, London. £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) - Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handling a varied caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, inheritance tax and trusts
• Drafting, administering, and managing complex trust documents
• Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and mitigation strategies
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, and probate
• Overseeing the administration of estates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines
• Managing client relationships with professionalism and care

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Between 2-3 years’ PQE in Wills, Trusts, and Probate law
• Proven expertise in drafting and advising on Wills, LPAs, trusts, and related matters
• Solid understanding of inheritance tax, estate planning, and probate law
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently, with supervision where necessary, and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
