THE ROLE:
With an excellent reputation within the local market for their offerings across a range of legal services, this established law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist in driving the department forward. You will be expected to conduct an existing caseload of private client matters including probate work, preparation of Wills, Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, estate accounts and some tax work and will possess the ability to go out and business develop and network within the local market. With a strong presence within the market, this opportunity offers the appointed Private Client Lawyer a superb platform to continue developing a successful career!

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from a proficient Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years private client experience gained within a highly successful practice renowned for their private client offerings. You will be self-sufficient and will also have experience of using a case management system. With a proven track record of dealing with Probate, Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney you will be able to come in and handle your own caseload of files with minimal supervision. Excellent client care skills, as well as the ability to work both within a team orientated environment and independently are essential. Ideally Private Client Lawyers will be STEP qualified.

THE PACKAGE
Salary dependent on experience and overall package includes hybrid working 3 days of office work required and 2 days at home if the candidate wishes, support in terms of progression, pension scheme, private medical cover and other staff benefits.
