This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing to join an expanding firm and undertake HNW and high value residential property work.

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join an extremely busy and successful residential property team.

You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

The work is high value, and you will work with HNW clients.

You will manage your own caseload, offer support to junior members of the team, and engage in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE of residential conveyancing experience.

You will be experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of residential conveyancing, confident to work without supervision and enjoy being in a client facing role.

This role will suit a Solicitor who thrives in a busy work environment, is ambitious and highly motivated to build their own client base.
