TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3+ Years
LOCATION: Hertfordshire
SALARY: £60-65,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This award-winning firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its expanding employment department. The role involves handling a diverse range of high-quality employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious. You will work with a broad client base, including SMEs, multinational companies, and global corporations, as well as advising senior executives and employees on claims, settlement agreements, restrictive covenant breaches, and HR-related issues. Additionally, you will support businesses with contracts, handbooks, policies, procedures, and TUPE-related matters.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE, with strong experience and the ability to handle a fast-paced caseload. You should be commercially minded, proactive, and dedicated to delivering a client-focused service. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
