• Applications are sought from candidates with a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Paralegal, with familiarity in employment law matters.

• You will work closely alongside the Partner, assisting with legal and administrative duties across a varied employment caseload. You will be responsible for handling new enquiries via phone and email, opening case files, completing client onboarding, issuing invoices, and following up on outstanding payments.

• Additional duties include responding to correspondence, acting as a point of contact in the partner’s absence, drafting legal documents, producing documents and court bundles, and conducting legal research.

• The successful candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication skills, enabling them to deliver exceptional client service and provide effective support to the wider team.
