Job Description

Residential Property Paralegal who is looking for a training contract is sought to join this leading regional law firm based in the West Midlands. You must have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing and the ability to handle your own caseload from start to completion. You must have completed your LPC and undertaken a Law Degree in order to apply for this role. OVERVIEW:
• A leading regional law firm who is recognised for providing the best possible service to clients across a range of legal services is keen to appoint a Residential Property Paralegal to the team.
• Assisting the residential property team you will be supporting the solicitors / fee earners in handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Depending on experience, you will possess the ability to provide administrative support as and when required as well as conduct searches, prepare reports on title, draft and review legal documents including contracts, transfers and work effectively within a team.
• You will have at least 12 months experience in working within residential property and have a strong knowledge of conveyancing processes.
