JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 3 + years’ experience
LOCATION: Cheshire
SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:
•You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity
•Fee earner with 3 + years’ experience in a similar role and Post Completion experience
•Applications are open to experienced Conveyancers that are adept at managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing workload, handling cases from start to finish.
•You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care
•Excellent communication and organisational skills
