OVERVIEW:
•In this role you will handle a caseload of residential property matters
•The caseload will include (but not limited to) freehold, leasehold, unregistered and shared ownership
•The appointed residential conveyancer will work closely with the firm’s Head of Department, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insight into strategic decision making.
•The firm are looking for qualified solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with at least 5 years’ experience
•You will have experience handling your own caseload of conveyancing matters
•The firm is a respected and long-standing law practice, recognised for its commitment to delivering exceptional legal services to both individuals and businesses
•Known for their professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction, they have earned a strong reputation for excellence in Residential Conveyancing
