Complaints and Regulatory Manager, Worcestershire, £45,000+ (DOE) – This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Complaints & Regulatory Manager to join an impressive team. JOB REF:9414.

• This is a highly collaborative role where you will work closely with Solicitors, Partners, and senior leadership across the firm to investigate concerns, identify root causes, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.
• Applications are sought from Complaints & Regulatory Managers looking to secure a new opportunity with a progressive law firm.
• You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the firm's reputation and client trust.
• You will be responsible for managing and resolving a wide range of complaints in a fair, timely, and effective manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice procedures.
