CORPORATE SOLICITOR:
Become part of a team integral to the region’s success, with a national and international client base that offers ample opportunities for growth and progression. Independently handle a diverse caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work for a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds, and banks. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of transactional, finance, and corporate governance documents. Support the firm’s wider business development efforts by actively developing and building your own client base. Supervise and develop junior team members, while contributing to larger transactional projects. This renowned firm are interested in speaking to candidates who possess exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, with a results-driven approach.
