EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR 5+ YEARS PQE, SHEFFIELD, UP TO C£75,000 - Legal 500 firm seeking experienced Employment Solicitor to take on key role within the team. JOB REF: 9481

• The firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to take responsibility for a varied caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• You can expect to be advising both employer and employee clients.
• Your role will also involve representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, providing strategic HR and employment advice, and conducting negotiations and mediations.
• The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE in employment law, handling both respondent and claimant work and ideally some experience in supervising junior colleagues.
• You will have a proven track record in handling complex matters for clients, offering exceptional levels of client service.
• For senior Solicitors with requisite experience, there is the opportunity to take on the role of Head of Department.
