•In this role, you will manage a diverse and complex caseload, including easements, wayleaves, option agreements, leases, and land sales with development potential.

•The appointed lawyer will work with a range of clients, including landowners, developers, and funders.

•The firm are looking for qualified solicitors or legal executives with at least 5 years’ experience handling commercial property matters.

•In-depth knowledge of commercial property work is essential, while experience in agricultural or property development law is beneficial but not required.
