• Whether you’re looking for a step up into a senior position or are an established Principal Associate looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
• This impressive team advise a broad range of lender clients on some of the largest and most complex transactions in the sector.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload from negotiating facility agreements and security documents to intercreditor arrangements, back-to-back borrower and lender mandates, and portfolio support such as waivers, resets and restatements.
• Applications are sought from Banking & Finance Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will have a strong grounding in ABL or general lending work.
• A commercial mindset with excellent drafting skills and a collaborative approach.
