Residential Development Solicitor, 1-3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF: 9544.

• This is a multi-faceted and high-impact role where you’ll work closely with top housebuilders and a range of ambitious niche developers on major projects across England and Wales.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include land acquisitions, developer collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developers and development funding arrangements.
• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE in real estate, ideally with experience advising housebuilders or residential developers.
• You’ll be collaborative, commercially astute, and genuinely passionate about land acquisition and residential development.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
