OVERVIEW:
•In this locum role, you will support members with regulatory issues and proceedings
•The appointed lawyer will handle a varied caseload of professional discipline matters and provide accurate legal advice
•Responsibilities include drafting documents, liaising with parties, and, if desired, representing members at hearings
•The organisation is looking for experienced locums who are either solicitors, barristers, or legal executives with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
•Foreign qualified solicitors with UK experience are also encouraged to apply
•You will ideally have experience in healthcare regulation
•A strong understanding of current legal frameworks and relevant authorities
