THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will take on a varied caseload of contentious criminal law and prosecution matters, including reviewing evidence, case files, and making charging decisions, preparing and presenting cases in court, providing legal advice, and conducting court advocacy.

THE CANDIDATE:
This position is open to qualified Solicitors and Barristers who hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales and have resided in the UK for a minimum of five years. Preferably, applicants will have 2 years' previous experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions, along with a genuine enthusiasm for this area of law or a willingness to learn. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to make well-reasoned judgments, and confident decision-making abilities.
