Personal Injury Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, Full time or part time opportunity, £Competitive remuneration package - Due to continued growth and succession planning, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join a highly regarded Injury Claim Team. JOB REF:9847.

THE ROLE:
• This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, well-connected lawyer to play a key role in developing this team and enhancing the profile of the firm
• The team act in high-profile and high-value cases, including catastrophic personal injury and clinical negligence claims, with many involving life-changing outcomes.
• You will lead complex, high-value catastrophic injury and clinical negligence cases
• Maintain and grow your established network and reputation
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members
• Play an active role in business development and thought leadership

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A qualified solicitor with at least 7 years’ PQE
• Experienced in handling complex, high-value claims
• Passionate about supporting individuals and families affected by life-changing injuries
• A confident leader with the drive to grow the team and the practice
• Experienced in personal injury or clinical negligence work
