•The appointed conveyancer will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and Help to Buy shared equity.

•The firm is seeking solicitors, legal executives, or licensed conveyancers with 6-10 years of experience in residential conveyancing and extensive knowledge of the conveyancing process and technical title issues.

•You will demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills combined with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care, ensuring clear, professional interactions and consistently exceeding client expectations.
