Job Description

Family Solicitor, 1+ Years’ PQE, Staffordshire, £Competitive (DOE) - A new opportunity for a proactive Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualified experience in Private Family Law to join a highly regarded team. JOB REF:0612.

THE ROLE:
• You will handle a varied caseload of high-net-worth, privately funded family matters to include divorce and financial remedy, Children Act applications, emergency applications and domestic abuse cases
• Advise clients with empathy and accuracy from initial instruction through to resolution
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Family Law department by delivering outstanding client care

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 year’s PQE in Private Family Law
• Confident in handling financial relief cases and working with high-value clients
• Passionate about delivering client-focused legal solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
