Real Estate Solicitor, 2–4 Years PQE, London, £75,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for a talented Real Estate Solicitor to join this Legal 500-ranked Real Estate team in London. JOB REF:0729.

THE ROLE:
• You will be advising a broad and high-profile client base on complex commercial property transactions
• Your caseload will include Investment acquisitions and disposals, including sale and leaseback, Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and portfolio management and Development site acquisitions, agreements, and onward disposals
• You will also have the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues, take part in business development initiatives, and play a key role in complex, high-value transactions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Real Estate Solicitors with between 2–4 years PQE, with experience with a city firm.
• Hands-on experience in landlord and tenant work
• Strong title review and negotiation skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach to work and client service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
