PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
Your responsibilities will include advising clients from the initial consultation through to final completion, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, managing key deadlines, and overseeing the financial aspects of each case. Applicants are open to qualified solicitors or legal executives with 2–6 years’ PQE in Private Client work. Ideally you will have strong technical expertise in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. The firm is seeking a Lawyer with strong commercial awareness and experience in time recording, billing and managing WIP. A STEP qualification or working towards one is desirable.
