Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Hampshire, £Competitive (DOE) – Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking fir a new challenge with a leading law firm? Look no further! JOB REF:0804.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
• You will lead and support on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt investments, and corporate exits
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of documents including SPAs, shareholders’ agreements, disclosure letters, and ancillary documents
• Provide strategic input and legal support across cross-border transactions
• Supervise and mentor more junior members of the team, managing workloads and quality control
• You will be able to demonstrate expertise in drafting with excellent attention to technical detail
• You will have the ability to analyse and apply complex legal principles to commercial scenarios
