Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £Competitive (DOE) - Are you an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dynamic, client-focused lawyer to join a highly regarded team and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. JOB REF:0972

THE ROLE:
• Advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord & tenant matters, and property finance.
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy while contributing to larger, complex transactions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the growth of the department.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience across a broad range of real estate matters.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-first approach.
• A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a busy team.
