SALARY: £60,000 plus

Are you an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor looking for your next big move? A Legal 500-rated practice in Northampton is seeking a talented and driven lawyer to join their team as a Senior Solicitor or Junior Partner. THE ROLE:
You’ll handle a varied and high-quality caseload of corporate and commercial matters including:

• Mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
• Corporate structures and reorganisations
• Commercial contracts and trading agreements
• Business start-ups and shareholder agreements

As a senior member of the team, you’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior solicitors, contributing to business development, and helping shape the future of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
• 8+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
• Proven track record of handling complex matters with minimal supervision
• Experience supervising junior team members
• Commercially astute, client-focused, and a natural leader
